Atlanta Stretch SpA are specialists in the design, construction and manufacturing of automatic and semi-automatic pallet stretch wrapping machines. This includes integrating our machines into complex production lines, specially developed to automate the complete packaging process.
The company was founded by Mr. Angelo Forni in 2005. He was also the founding father of various other important packaging companies during the 1980s, all of which still exist in the market today.

Automatic Range
Automatic Stretch Wrappers
The operator does not need to become involved with the automatic stretch wrappers. A roll or chain conveying system is an optional transport system that will automatically move the pallet into the machine. The machine starts the wrapping operation after being properly halted at the wrapping location, using the wrapping parameters and the pre-programmed wrapping procedure. Upon process completion, the pallet will be sent straight to the outfeed system.
The various needs of manufacturers, industries, commercial enterprises, and anybody else in need of stabilizing and transporting pallets and/or safeguarding pallets for long-term storage are satisfied by the automatic stretch wrapping machines. Semi-Automatic Range
Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrappers
The operator supervises and intervenes throughout the film application process using semi-automated stretch wrap machines. After manually positioning the pallet and attaching the LLDPE film, the operator initiates the pre-programmed wrapping cycle. The cycle concludes with a final manual cut by the operator, or a mechanical cutter that can be installed if desired.
After unloading the pallet, the operator will either store it or load it into a truck for additional shipping. Before selecting the ideal semi-automatic wrapping machine among the several varieties available, it is recommended to speak with one of our specialists.
